The black shirt is thinner than he thought, but he manages to put it on fine. It's tight too, like a fictional silent ninja character's outfit showing off abs which could grate cheese. Except, Sasuke doesn't have abs like those. He is a twig.
The blue shirt goes over it easily and thankfully helps him be less self conscious of his twig build. ]
